After a 6-month legal battle with Apple, Welshman Gareth Cross has emerged win.
He had bought in June last year an American company hour smart, Sport version, for 339 pounds, but just ten days later he noticed a hole in the screen.
Once he asked his hour to be replaced or remedied, Apple turned negative response saying that this
