Dorsey of Twitter gives 1/3 of shares to employees

Twitter chief executive and co-founder Jack Dorsey, he has said it will provide a third of its shares to the employees of the firm. The total stock is worth 1% of the entire company, in other words full of 197 million dollars.

"The plan is to invest directly to our people," says Dorsey,

who is regarded as the eternal leader of the company. Twitter itself did not give any comment on this. Last week the company announced that it would suspend 336 workers, or 8% of its staff.

Dorsey, who is chief of the interim since July, following the resignation of Dick Costolo, tweeted: "Better to have a small part of something big, that I have a great deal of something small."
